Laundry Stinks “Win Free Laundry for a Year” Drawing

​​Official Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

1. Open to individuals residing in the zip codes serviced by Laundry Stinks: 46112, 46123, 46234, 46214, 46168, 46231, 46224, 46254, and 46278.

2. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Limit one (1) entry per phone number.

5. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Laundry Stinks, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter or win.

6. How to Enter

7. Participants must submit their name, email address, phone number, and zip code at LaundryStinks.net.

8. Entries must be submitted between September 15, 2025 and September 27, 2025 to be eligible.

9. Entries received after 11:59 p.m. ET on September 27, 2025 will not be considered.

10. Drawing Details

11. One (1) winner will be randomly selected.

12. The drawing will occur on September 28, 2025.

13. A minimum of fifteen (15) eligible entries must be received by September 27, 2025 for the drawing to occur. If fewer than fifteen (15) eligible entries are received, Laundry Stinks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the promotion.

14. Prize

15. The winner will receive one (1) full year (12 consecutive months) of free pickup and delivery laundry service.

16. Service includes two (2) pickups per month for twelve (12) consecutive months.

17. Limit is 100 lbs of laundry per pickup. Any weight above 100 lbs per pickup will be billed at the current per-pound service rate.

18. The 12-month period begins with the first scheduled pickup placed by the winner.

19. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

20. Laundry Stinks reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable for any reason.

21. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

22. Consent to Communications

23. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional marketing texts and emails from Laundry Stinks.

24. Participants may opt out of promotional communications at any time without affecting their chances of winning by contacting info@laundrystinks.net.

25. Winner Notification & Requirements

26. The winner will be notified via text and email.

27. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.

28. Winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including valid photo identification and proof of residency, before prize is awarded.

29. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:
    a) Have their photo taken.
    b) Allow their name and photo to be used in Laundry Stinks’ social media, website, and advertising campaigns without further compensation.

30. Release of Liability

31. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Laundry Stinks, its affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, directors, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.

32. General Conditions

33. Laundry Stinks reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

34. Laundry Stinks is not responsible for technical issues that prevent entry submissions.

35. Void where prohibited by law.

36. Governing Law

37. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.

38. Changes to Terms

39. Laundry Stinks reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
