Welcome to LaundryStinks.net. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Offered

LaundryStinks.net provides laundry pickup, delivery, wash and fold, stain removal, and commercial laundry services in zip codes: 46112, 46123, 46234, 46214, 46168, 46231, 46224, 46254 & 46278. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 

2. Use of Services

  • Eligibility: By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to make transactions on behalf of yourself or your organization.

  • Scheduling: Pickup and delivery must be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. Services are offered based on availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
     

3. Pricing

  • Laundry Service: $1.99 per pound, with a minimum order of 20 lbs.

  • Blankets: $15 per blanket.

  • All charges are inclusive of pickup and delivery. Payment must be made at the time of service using the payment methods available on our website.
     

4. Liability for Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care with your laundry, but we are not responsible for the following:

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: Laundry items that are already damaged, fragile, or in poor condition before pickup. This includes items with pre-existing stains, tears, or excessive wear.

  • Damage During Processing: We are not liable for normal wear and tear, including shrinkage, color bleeding, fabric deterioration, or damage caused by faulty or mislabeled care instructions. By submitting your laundry to us, you accept the inherent risk of damage to delicate or improperly labeled items.

  • Missing Items: We carefully track all laundry; however, we are not responsible for any items left in pockets, such as money, jewelry, or personal items. We advise all customers to check their laundry before pickup.
     

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Proper Preparation of Laundry: Customers are responsible for preparing their laundry for pickup. This includes emptying pockets, separating colors, and ensuring any special care instructions are clearly communicated at the time of pickup.

  • Accurate Weight: Laundry is charged by weight, and we reserve the right to reweigh items at our facility to ensure accurate pricing.

  • Pickup and Delivery: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are present during the designated pickup and delivery times. If you miss a scheduled pickup or delivery, you may be subject to rescheduling fees.
     

6. Stain Removal

We make every effort to remove stains but cannot guarantee that all stains will be eliminated. Certain stains may be permanent or require special treatment beyond the scope of our services. We are not liable for any damage caused by stain removal attempts.
 

7. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality service at all times. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your laundry. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly, but we do not offer refunds or guarantees on specific results (such as complete stain removal or restoration of worn items).
 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaundryStinks.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

In no event will LaundryStinks.net's liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service related to the claim.
 

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or governmental actions.
 

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule their pickup or delivery up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee.

  • Missed Pickup/Delivery: If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled pickup or delivery time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
     

11. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indiana.
 

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
